Professor Corten has developed a digital application to prepare his patients for the surgery , and to support them throughout the entire treatment process.
The patient will find all necessary information with regard to the preparations, the procedure and the rehabilitation in this application. It is driven by artificial intelligence to improve communication with the patient. The app also informs the patient in good time when a number of important matters should be arranged during the preparation.
In addition, it contains videos regarding the rehabilitation, the preparation of the home environment, and much more. The intention is that the application guides the patient through the process, so that the recovery can start as early as the first consultation.
The application will act as a guide that will thoroughly prepare the patient, and on which he or she can always rely to overcome uncertainties.
It will also enable you to safely leave the hospital within 24 hours, either on the day of the operation itself, or on the next day. The hip team of the European Hip Clinic will monitor you online via this application, and you can immediately contact us in the event a problem arises. In this way, your hospital stay is reduced to the minimum of 1 day or 1 night.
