Have you recently had surgery by us and have an urgent question but have nowhere to turn?

You can give our specialists a hand by bringing the following items to your initial consultation:

• Letter from primary care physician or referring specialist
• Recent imaging
• If you have already had surgery elsewhere: operation report(s)
• Results of recent blood draw(s)

You normally received an email (from MyOrganizer) when making your appointment.

Through this email, you can cancel your appointment (up to 24 hours in advance) online. You do this by clicking on the link “Do you wish to cancel this appointment? Click here (an appointment can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment)” in your mail.

You can here book a new appointment.

Our Hip Coaches will analyze you. This includes some physical tests. It is helpful that you come in athletic connecting attire, preferably with athletic shoes.

If you have already received physical therapy in the current calendar year, we recommend that you bring your current physical therapy prescription. It is also helpful for us to know how many turns of physical therapy you have already had in the current calendar year.

The European Hip Center is a private practice and is deconventional. A fee supplement is charged per specialist. You deduct a portion of this, depending on your health insurance and additional insurance.

A consultation costs, depending on the type of consultation and specialist, between 75 and 95 euros. With an infiltration, this cost can be higher depending on the type of infiltration. For exact prices, please contact our secretariat.

1. You surf to www.hipcloud.be
2. Enter your mail address (note that the mail address is case sensitive!)
3. Enter your password. Click “Forgot Password?” if you don’t remember your password. You will then receive an email (be sure to check your spam folder) from HipCloud to reset your password.
