Who can help me with my administrative questions?

You can do so by or by 014 54 52 44.

If you have any questions regarding administration around the surgery, it is best to contact the hospital at ZOL Genk. This can be done through the Orthopedics Department at 089 32 50 50.

Did you have surgery recently and do you have an urgent question?

Have you recently had surgery by us and have an urgent question but have nowhere to turn?

  • Call the Emergency Department or Orthopedics Department first, both at 089 32 50 50.
  • Try chatting with Hip Coaches via the HipCloud.

What do I bring to my first consultation?

You can give our specialists a hand by bringing the following items to your initial consultation:

  • Letter from primary care physician or referring specialist
  • Recent imaging
  • If you have already had surgery elsewhere: operation report(s)
  • Results of recent blood draw(s)

How can I cancel my consultation online?

You normally received an email (from MyOrganizer) when making your appointment.

Through this email, you can cancel your appointment (up to 24 hours in advance) online. You do this by clicking on the link “Do you wish to cancel this appointment? Click here (an appointment can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment)” in your mail.

You can here book a new appointment.

What do I bring to a consultation with the Hip Coaches?

Our Hip Coaches will analyze you. This includes some physical tests. It is helpful that you come in athletic connecting attire, preferably with athletic shoes.

If you have already received physical therapy in the current calendar year, we recommend that you bring your current physical therapy prescription. It is also helpful for us to know how many turns of physical therapy you have already had in the current calendar year.

What does a consultation cost?

The European Hip Center is a private practice and is deconventional. A fee supplement is charged per specialist. You deduct a portion of this, depending on your health insurance and additional insurance. For exact prices, please contact our secretariat.

Do you have increased reimbursement? Then be sure to bring this proof to the consultation so we can adjust our rate accordingly.

I can not login in my HipCloud: what now?

You would like to view your exercises, chat with the Hip Coach, … but you can’t get logged in to your HipCloud. What to do?

  1. You surf to
  2. Enter your mail address (note that the mail address is case sensitive!)
  3. Enter your password. Click “Forgot Password?” if you don’t remember your password. You will then receive an email (be sure to check your spam folder) from HipCloud to reset your password.
